A good night's sleep is essential for our physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual wellbeing. There is ample evidence
that disturbed sleep leads to short-term and long-term detrimental
effects and effects of poor sleep on the immune system are
well documented in the scientific literature. It is also
well established that prompt and effective treatment of
sleep disorders results in a generalised improvement in
functioning and wellness.
At The London Sleep Centre we believe that the accurate
assessment and diagnosis of sleep disorders combined with
a multimodal approach to the treatment of sleep disorders
