Elizabeth Scott started her career as a journalist and after
working in the advertising industry for amongst others,
Saatchi & Saatchi, moved into the not-for-profit sector
as CEO of a national neurological research foundation.
She subsequently entered the world of psychotherapy and
lifestyle management, training as a counsellor with The
Westminster Pastoral Foundation and having an appointment
at St Thomas' Hospital Memory Disorders Centre.
She works as a Cognitive Analytic Therapist and advises
on lifestyle and sleep management for corporate clients.
