Penny obtained her UKCP accreditation in 1992 and subsequently worked as a Primary Care Counsellor in General Practice. She established a successful private practice in 1998 and has extensive experience in all types of individual psychotherapy. More recently she has obtained further training and accreditation in Cognitive Analytic Therapy at St Thomas’ Hospital, London.
